You have the right to return your products for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that products that are purchased directly from our website have to be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made.

In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

  • The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
  • The product is purchased directly from our website
  • The product is not customized with a personal monogram

Please note that you need to pay the return cost when returning your order. Once we receive your return, we will send the money back.


!!! Please note, that any VIMpay card, that has been taken out from the card frame and/or has been activated, will not be scope of any refund policy by Payletti. You may claim it against Pentafuel GmbH as the provider of this payment service !!!!

Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with shipping information. In the confirmation e-mail, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and how to track it. Before using your bracelet, you need to load your chip card, e.g. VIMpay. VIMpay allows a direct load feature. You just need to connect your regular IBAN bank account to the VIMpay app. Else, yu can transfer money by bank transfer to your VIMpay Mastercard Account. The details and the corresponding IBAN to load you will find in the VIMpay App.

Contactless payment bracelets contain a „Mini-NFC-Chip“ that links to the VIMpay-App. Also every „Mini-NFC-Chip“ from other providers, with the same size can be used. You can load Euro curency to the Mastercard Account from your bank account through the VIMpay App, where you can also move your money to your chip card and track all your transactions.
